Returning or replacing your items

Returning your items

We are happy to provide in store credit or exchanges for your purchase within 30 days of receiving your items. For item(s) to be eligible for return they must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Cost of shipment of the items back to us is your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless there has been an error on our part)

Please notify us of a requested return before sending us the item(s). We will contact you to approve your return once the item(s) have reached us and been inspected.

For damaged and defective items please take photographic evidence of the item(s) still in their packaging and send this to us.

All returns will require a proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us.

Damaged/Defected items

If you have received a damaged item we will replace it for you at no extra charge or shipping cost.

Please contact within 7 days of receiving a damaged item. Keep all original packaging and defected item(s) to be returned to us.

Shipping

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the safe return of your item back to us via your chosen shipment method. Consider using tracking or purchasing shipping insurance to make sure the items return back to us in the condition you received them.

Please do not send item(s) back to the manufacturer.

Opened and used item(s) are non-returnable.
